Real name: Kerri Masters
Powers: Flight, highly enhanced strength and senses, incredible resistance to physical damage and energy weapons, can emit a powerful concussive blast from her hands.
General description: Blonde, 32 years old, 5’ 8” tall, blue eyed and beautiful and gifted with a genius IQ, though she hides it rather well.
History: Kerri Masters was as normal as any kid in North West Texas until she and her best friend fell down an abandoned well and were trapped there for three days while crews tried desperately to rescue them. While in the well, they noticed an odd glow present in the water and found it strangely comforting as they huddled together in darkness.
When the girls finally emerged from the well they were national media darlings, but they soon discovered they had gained much more than short term fame as they began to manifest strange and wonderful powers. After graduation Kerri moved to the big city to fight crime as her alter ego, Dynagirl. During her very first outing she was captured by the notorious villain Simon Hurst and victimized horribly both mentally and physically. The things that Simon forced her to do still haunt her today.
In the years following her recovery she became a steadfast member of the hero community and an important force for good as a part of the new Guardians. After the death of her live-in boyfriend Justice Theta, at least in part due to her own actions, Kerri retired from the life of super heroics and tried to find some semblance of a normal existence. Recently she’s been lured out of retirement by a corporation interested in using her as their corporate troubleshooter. Her unresolved feelings about being a hero, however, remain.
